2013 AUDI R8 LMS GT3 ULTRA – WORKS NÜRBURGRING 24HR & VLN ENTRY

There are varying degrees of “works” cars in the GT3 world - plenty of “works supported” cars with drivers, engineers assisted by the manufacturer programs on a temporary basis, but there are not many cars that remain owned by the factories, driven exclusively by factory drivers, and engineered by the factory’s best talent. Chassis "0515" is one of those cars, a full factory car, owned by Audi while it raced, piloted by Fässler, Basseng, Stippler and Vanthoor. Built and entered to win the 2014 Nürburgring 24hr. Ultimately it was the sister number 4 car that won N24 in an amazing year for Audi, winning N24 and Spa 24.
